The workshop is packed with action-oriented learning and reflection, and closely examines Jesus as a leader and role model while equipping participants to lead as He did. The “Lead like Jesus” organization was co-founded by Ken Blanchard author of bestselling book, The One Minute Manager and Phil Hodges, human resource and industrial relationship manager in corporate America for thirty-six years and co-author of three books, including The Servant Leader with Blanchard.

As many as 18 organizations have adopted this effective model of leadership that delivers clear implementation strategies designed to take the workplace beyond traditional methods of teamwork and conflict resolution.
The event will give participants a common language about leadership and as the core operating system, direct how leaders do what they do best. The process often refines what leaders do through the alignment of the heart, head, hands and habits of leader’s personally and corporately.
