Mindi Russell began her career with Law Enforcement Chaplaincy Sacramento in 1994. She is currently the Executive Director for the Law Enforcement Chaplaincy-Sacramento (+28 years) and oversees 100+ volunteer chaplains who serve 15 law enforcement departments, 16 schools districts, and the Greater Sacramento Region community members. As a Career Law Enforcement Chaplain she has implemented several programs both reactive and proactive programs that provide prevention to post-vention education, locally and nationally.

She also is the CEO for the California Chaplain Corps. She oversees the POST trained mutual aid chaplains that support and serve statewide law enforcement agencies., such as but not limited to; CDCR, CHP, DSH, Fish & Wildlife, and Parole.

Jacqueline Turner is a local and worldwide sensation. She is a graduate of William Jessup University with a Bachelor’s in Pastoral Ministry and a Master’s degree in Leadership through Western Theological Seminary. She has worked with Foster, Adopted, and Homeless youth helping to restore their lives. She has been featured worldwide on radio shows, podcasts, news stations, and in a film based on her life story called My One Christmas Wish. Jackie works locally here in Placer County as the Ministry Outreach Coordinator for Acres of Hope, as a Crisis Deescalation Chaplain, and does extra curricular work in digital media and marketing for nonprofits. Jackie joined the Acres of Hope staff team 4 years ago in 2017. With a goal to raise the awareness of Acres of Hope and increase the donor and financial assets for the organization to serve more mothers and children leaving the cycle of homelessness.
